This live show was developed in collaboration with Emma Webb and Cait Sweeney, and was featured alongside a portrait of Danny by the artist Deborah Kelly. The performance took place on October 5th 2023 at the Wellcome Collection to introduce the portrait as part of the a new exhibition, Being Human.

Danny Smith is a multimedia artist whose art embraces performance, film, drawing, painting and photography. His past projects include the exhibition ‘Rising’, a group show by Shadowlight Artists at two venues, the Old Fire Station Gallery and Modern Art Oxford, and ‘Drag Syndrome’, a drag collective featuring queens and kings with Down syndrome.
