Lullaby 2020

In September 2020, a team of cyclists travelled through Plumstead at dusk playing a bespoke lullaby soundtrack to residents in their homes as part of the Greenwich & Docklands International Festival 2020. Guy Hughes and Dan Jones collaborated on the music for this artwork by Luke Jerram, which included working closely with the community of Plumstead. Residents sent in recordings of themselves singing lullabies, which then formed the basis for the compositions created by Guy and Dan. Some of Guy’s compositions can be heard below.
